Homeowners Pollination Agreement

I,   ________________________ owner of property at address

______________________________________________________________________   

give Mike Childers owner and operator of Mikes Honeybees permission to access his beehives on said property at any time he deems necessary with out requesting permission from said homeowner first.  The beehive is sole property of Mike Childers and Mikes Honeybees and maybe removed at anytime.  Any fees paid in advance will be returned for time lost due to removal of honeybees by Mikes Honeybees. Payment fees that have been agreed upon is to be paid by the date or dates requested by the beekeeper or you forfeit future pollination time and funds that have been paid. Being the property owner at said address you also waive the right to hold Mike or anyone working for Mikes Honeybees liable for any injury or death associated with the honeybees.  You also waive the right to claim any damages to structures, landscape, animals, or any other item due to actions by Mikes Honeybees or the honeybees themselves.  The bees are to remained unharassed and are not to be touched or opened for any reason under any circumstances.  Notification of 24 hours is to be given in advance to the beekeeper if the bees need to be moved or if any tending to the bees is needed. No pesticides are to be used near the bees or on the property unless agreement has been arranged. Any need for pesticides the beekeeper must be notified 72 hours in advance of application and may forfeit the bees for the remainder of the season.  Water needs to be accessible by the bees at all times as it is required for their survival.
